SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from our fulfillment center in the USA. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping within the USA: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

We do not currently ship internationally. We are working on expanding to Canada, the UK, and Australia in the coming months.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship at a flat rate of $4.99.

TRACKING

Every order includes tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package leaves our fulfillment center.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at isaac@somnidrink.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement when needed.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email us within 1 hour and we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

DELAYS

Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, or operational issues outside our control. We do our best to communicate any delays as soon as we know about them.
