THE 30-NIGHT SLEEP-BETTER GUARANTEE

We believe sleep is too foundational to leave to marketing. If SOMNI does not improve your sleep within 30 nights, we will refund your full purchase. Keep the bottle.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email isaac@somnidrink.com from the email address used for your order. Include your order number and a brief note. We will process the refund within 3 business days.

WHAT IS COVERED

Every first-time order of SOMNI Magnesium Glycinate is covered by the 30-night guarantee. The guarantee applies to one bottle per customer.

REFUND TIMELINE

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Funds typically appear on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no charge.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect immediately. Subscription orders that have already shipped are eligible for refund within 14 days of delivery if unopened.
